Printed textiles collection, combining digital and analog techniques, inspired by magic realist Russian novel: The Master & Margarita, by Bulgakov. Poetic license was taken to portray the cat “demon” character as a black kitten. The graphic elements and desaturated colours used in the patterns were inspired by the Russian avant-garde movement involving the fine arts, theatre and costume.
